Odin is an AI

Odin is QuoteHero's AI assistant. It tells you it's an AI in its first message, and it never pretends to be a person.

What Odin does

• Asks the questions your request needs, and collects your photos and documents
• Writes up a summary you can check and edit before you submit
• Organizes the work for the person handling your request
• Turns that person's notes into updates for you. A person approves each one before you see it.
• Answers questions about your finished report, using only what's in the report

What Odin doesn't do

• Recommend a specific business, quote or estimate a price, or promise savings. Those come from a person, in your report.
• Give legal, tax, financial, or medical advice.
• Call a house safe or sound, interpret a purchase agreement, or suggest what to offer on a home.
• Ask for your Social Security number, driver's license number, or card numbers.

A person is always one tap away

Every chat with Odin has a "Talk to a person" button. Odin also brings in a person on its own when a job is large, when you seem frustrated, when a home-buying deadline is close, or when something sounds unsafe.

In an emergency, like a gas smell or exposed wiring, call 911 or your utility first.

Your conversations

We keep your conversations with Odin together with your request, so the person working it sees exactly what you said, and so we can check Odin's answers. Odin runs on Claude, made by Anthropic, which processes your messages to write Odin's replies.
